Например, вы хотите позвонить через канал FMC на номер +79ХХХХХХХХХ или 89ХХХХХХХХХ. Без данного приложения вы набирали бы номер абонента в первом случае так: 979ХХХХХХХХХ, во втором случае так: 989ХХХХХХХХХ. А если абонент есть у вас в списке контактов, то вам было бы необходимо отредактировать его номер одним из представленных выше способов, чтобы при исходящем вызове была подставлена «девятка». 
Использование приложения избавляет вас от этих трудностей. Вы сможете работать со звонками по FMC-каналу так, как вы всегда звоните в обычной жизни, набирая номера телефонов ваших абонентов стандартным способом – как вручную, так и через список контактов. При звонке из приложения система сама будет подставлять цифру 9. При приеме входящего звонка на FMC-линию номер звонящего абонента будет отображаться без «девятки», либо вы увидите имя звонящего, если абонент есть в списке контактов. Приложение читает и отображает системный журнал звонков.
