It's *was* an amazing app, before Cheetah Mobile no longer cared about quality, it seems. This is my first time writing a review because I miss how this app used to be. It must have updated sometime yesterday which made it no longer automatically detect images, so now the only way I can see images is to manually add each folder, which can be a real pain. And on top of that, there's a question mark button in settings that I thought would send me to a help page. It actually sends you to a malicious site that says "you're a winner" BS. Makes me feel like the app is malicious in itself. That said though, the app has worked amazingly for me for a year now, by far the best gallery app I've ever had. Just wish it didn't crash and burn overnight :(

App was great, been using it for years, but lots of problems in the lastest update. App crashes a lot, and keeps crashing as Android tires to restart it, until I literally have to reboot my phone to make it stop. Particularly likes to crash when switching from the camera app to see if the pictures came out. Also, I can no longer get into the Folder view. It keeps asking me to setup and encrypt my photos, which I do not want to do. There's no way to say no. I am forced to use the Moments view.

I really loved this app. Perfect photo gallery app. Untill last update. The app stops working randomly, it takes a lot of time opening the app, every time I try to search a folder it crashes, says app stopped working. At first I thought my phone had a problem but after reading the reviews, turns out I'm not the only one. Please fix it soon. I really love this app. It's the best. Please fix it.

I've been using this for a while, and the most recent update has somehow removed access to some folders and even when I add them manually the contents are gone. Additionally, the pop-up ad is very annoying considering it's now less intuitive. I'll find a different option. Previously, I'd give it a 4, but this is an inviable option, now, for my use case.

(Update: after updating to Oreo for some reason the text in the main area of the app has turned a bright pink. Not sure why that is but it makes it kinda hard to look at the text within the app.) Such a nice and simple interface with just enough options to not be confusing. You can change the background color of the interface which is nice and you can create hidden albums as well. You can also edit from within the app, view photo details and more. A very good gallery app especially for those whose phone don't come with a default gallery.

I have been experiencing an app failure when selecting jpg from a file manager, when this function had been working just fine a couple of months, releases ago. Also the app isn't acting well under certain settings. Also I've been reporting this nearly every time it happens, but no one has contacted me. So I am using this method. Otherwise, when I get it to show the picture I want, they look very good.

I used to LOVE this app. Has a nice customizable everything and can do a lot. But it really stopped being magical when newer versions of Android killed its viewing engine. If you zoom in on big pictures, it takes forever to clear up the compression of being zoomed out. Other apps don't have this problem, only QP. And I've used it on more than one device, and on different versions of Android. Not worth it when it takes forever for anything to load. Look elsewhere.

I've been using Quickpic for several years. It was the quickest, simplest, and least intrusive gallery app I'd seen in a long time. It worked beautifully. But now, after this most recent update, it's all gone downhill. Videos no longer play and it's impossible to get back to the gallery tab after you've tapped off it. Incredibly disappointing considering how this was a 5/5 app. I'll be uninstalling and searching for another app to take its place. Skip this one until they fix it.

This app is the absolute best. Just wanted to let you know, however, that I can't find any record of this app suddenly on the play store, on my Pixel 3 or on my PC. Just some knockoff "Quickpic Photo Manager" that's full of adds. Not sure why but you may want to look into that. Very sketchy. Had go search your full app name exactly as it's written via my Chrome app just to locate and install it on my phone. I think a lot of other people are being duped as well, judging by the reviews.

I used to love this app. It crashes and freezes so much anymore. After years of use I left for another app. When you click on an album is just clicks and makes the haptic go. You try to use the back button and it freezes. Then you try to go-to the home screen and the app randomly goes split screen. It does this on two of my phone's. I finally gave up and move on. The used to be the best photo org app on Android is junk now.
