Free update to copilot GPS! installation was quick and easy. This program brought me everywhere in Europe, thanks to the offline maps. Sometimes it misses the GPS signal, but maybe that is a phone problem. Overall satisfied! Recommended

Since upgrading my Samsung S2 to ICS using the official update I have not been able to get past CoPilot's splash screen... I have also recently updated CoPilot and still no joy. TomTom is out soon so ALK Technologies need to get a wiggle on! Especially as the S2 is the most popular Android phone.

Don't go near these guys, do everything to hide promotions & upgrades from current users. Useless client service support. Will not work on Samsung galaxy S2 with ICS update!

The app keeps stopping every time I try and maximise it on my Samsung note 3. I have tried to submit logs but have had no reply from them!

Worked fine until I updated M;y Galaxy S2 to Android 4. Now it just blocks the whole phone every time I try to start Copilot. I have to restart the phone to bring it back to life. Is this a problem that CoPilot have a solution to????

Rename/ delete the copilot folder on your SD card, then reinstall and it works. Galaxy S2 running ICS. Still not a great app and horrendous activation procedures.....

Thanks to the advice in comments. Before you delete the copilot folder on your SD, I recommend moving out the sub folder containing the downloaded maps. This was the "EU" folder for me. Saves downloading maps again!

On Galaxy Nexus, once opened and closed keeps running in the background and sucks almost 20% of battery. Developer refuses to acknowledge this and is generally dismissive towards the problem. This is inexcusable for such an expensive app.

Have now used this for over 2 years. It had the odd funny turn, but I have used it in Spain, France, Belgium,Germany, Holland, Italy and Greece. The dirt track in France was very amusing. Very happy now and the support is excellent.
