This app is amazing. I have the Flex cf55. I was directed to use this app from my manual. At first it did not want to connect to my fridge. Then with some reearch I realised it needs your actual location to be on. Weird. But worked in a snap. For people who battle to connect, hope this helps

Works well on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5g and Brass Monkey 50litre dual zone fridge/freezer...... Access to fridge settings via APP needs to be PIN protected, to stop someone turning my fridge off (understand may need firmware update from manufacturer)..... Would like to adjust the voltage level with an offset. Seems to be .4 of a volt out. User adjustment of offset would be great...... 9.0v cutoff is too low for my Lithium. 11.5v cutoff is too low. Would like option of a user defined offset.

The latest update finally works correctly again.. Still, how difficult is it to show somewhere in the app the unit is "on" or "off"??? Can't we just use the word "ON" and "OFF"?

After downloading, installing, and opening the fridge app, I couldn't get it to work so came back here. In addition to BLUETOOTH, another user noted that you must also turn on LOCATION on your phone. After which I discovered that THEN, you must press SETTINGS on the fridge. You should be able to go from there easily.

The location permission the app asks for is so it can use Bluetooth. The app works fine. No authentication, pairing or user accounts, just tap the fridge and drag a slider to set the temperature. Exactly what I'd hope for with a connected appliance. Note to the developers: CAR FRIDGE FREEZER is a weird name and looks like spam, you should use mixed case and include the name of your company, for example "Alpicool Car Fridge Freezer Cooler"

This seems to work great. I'm giving it 4 stars because there's no explanation of the app icons and it would be nice to maybe have some trend data. But it works remotely and has good feedback. Icons are just same settings on the fridge control. To ppl complaining that you have to give location permission, that's a standard bluetooth thing and has nothing to do with individual apps. You need to activate location to use bluetooth in general.

While the app works my problem is with the lack of information for the settings and what they mean and or do. It would have been 1 star but I couldn't get my new cooler to turn on using the touch screen but got it to start with the app. I read the comments and the one about not being able to get phone calls got my attention after I post this I will see if I have that problem. If I do I will edit my review back to one star.
