Payment process is too slow. I have asked them to release my parents after selling my gold several times. Yet to get the payment.As per policy they supposed to send payment within 3 working days but after 6 working days gone yet to get my money back. Send several mail to them that due to medical emergency I have sold my gold so release my payment ASAP. But as of now I have not received.
