I like the service, but have some complaints about the functionality of this app: - Map takes ages to load cars and service areas, sometimes it doesn't load at all. I find myself having to restart the app more often than I would like. -Also, I think it would be a good idea to include charging points on the map, so that they can be easily located.

First the driving license took 2 weeks to be approved and then now I can't see any car in any place of the Netherlands, really bad experience so far

Picking up the car and getting on my way was easy. The car was ready to go and extremely easy to use. The YouTube tutorial video is simple and easy to understand. The cost estimate was also pretty accurate so you know what to expect. I encountered 2 challenges: 1. Planning the trip on the App wasn't very easy. If I just selected my location to search for an Amber, the search returns an error. Pin drag and drop on the map also didn't work. 2. The drop off location wasn't clear. I ended up driving around searching for the drop off spot for about 15 minutes. The App gives a general location for the drop off hub, but finding the specific parking spot was challenging. Overall it's a very useful and affordable service. I will use it again and would definitely recommend it!

Had some trouble with IDEAL, but Amber has excellent support. Update: Removal of service areas without notification and arbitrary pricing for the same routes caused me to downgrade my rating.

Overall my experience for Amber is good. But for PRICING they have changed their policy and now it is not transparent as before. They say it is a fair price, but I don't see a break up of cost even after completing the trip. That is unfair. Why can't you provide price break up after the trip has completed?
