Works well. Never had an issue with the app. I have found Amigo easy to deal with. Easy to move payment date to allow me to pay as I'm not always paid on a regular day. Just keep them informed, as you should any lender. That being said you will find them more understanding than many other lenders.

I have held an account with amigo for one year and i have NEVER been able to access my on-line account, this is due to living in an area with no mobile phone reception. When I request a code to enter my account it normally arrives too late and has been timed out. I have spoken to the amigo office about this problem and there is NO help other than keep trying......after 25-30 attempts I know I am simply wasting my time so for this reason I give one star !!!

Amigo app is very handy, lets you do your stuff including making payment., calling customer services, an overview of your account as well as you can change the date on the payment as well.
LLA Spotters
Ridiculous, useless customer service, I keep trying to get hold of anyone over the phone and emails no respond every day at least half an hour wasted for phine calls, no respond to emails. Do something about it!!!
