Very informative and well situated. Big thx to dev! I think we all have a little narcissist in us. This app broadened my own knowledge base and enabled me to explain this issue more in depth to others suffering from this type of abuse. Getting through to the actual narcissist has been a whole different challenge though.

After a couple days in this app, I stopped shaking hard enough to cry and straightened myself out. My case is probably different than yours, I was insanely patient and flexible with my Ex. So, I set small boundaries..they were crossed, medium ones..crossed. I saw for myself how deep into my personal mind it went.
