Not working anymore on Android, just a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. Also asked for a lot of permissions that I don't remember it asking for before. Just installed it on iPhone, worked fine.

The app doesn't work at all. Paid all this money for the smart outlets and now the app just crashes. And it aeems like the developers do not care at all.

Latest update version 1.2.2 has crashed the app for me... 🧐 Had to revert from version 1.2.2 to version 1.2.1 to get it to work again... What a piece of no good! Not very easy to do! Google Play needs to check this stuff out before they push it to your device! And make it easier to revert to the previous version if need be. Turn off all automatic updates for now until they fix this!

I have used Neo for my Ankuoo sockets for 5 years now. They worked pretty well during that time, some issues but working fine. Now the app is dead. I had to change one socket at I could not change the timings on my hot water heater and we have guests. It has been going on for some time now and this is not acceptable. I bought new meross devices. Reasonable price, app that works.

I bought 4 controllers at $60 each. Now the neo app does not open on my android devices. Worked fine for a couple years. Now all I get is a blank screen when I try to open the neo app. I tried to download a new version of the app but the latest version gives the same problem. Blank screen when you click on Neo icon. I have 2 different android phones. Same proem on both.

Very happy with app in the beginning, but for some reason some of my scheduled on off times just shut off and have to turn them back on for the scheduled times daily. Have started reloading app and reconnecting all of the units for the third time and keeps happening and no way of contacting anyone about this problem ,so I have wasted about 340.00 dollars on units!!!

Completely broken! Guess this is the warning for any IoT item. Manufacturer won't support a product for more than a couple years. Pixel 2 with latest updates. Removed cache, data, uninstall and reinstall. No work around that I can find. Permissions are way overkill anyways. Will find another product that is preferably open source.

Worked well until your update August 1 2020. Why not leave well enough alone. Need a fix ASAP controlling property lights and fixtures in foreign country which is currently locked down.. Sent email to support a week ago, no reply. Still not working and no information from Ankuoo. Definitely looking at alternatives. Switched to Chacon works great and picked up my local switches without reprogramming. Four emails to Ankuoo all ignored. Using Prime Wire units now!
