I booked my honeymoon package with them, overall they gave me a 5-star package & even I enjoyed the trip with top notch services, would have rated them 5-stars, but after I payed them the booking amount, they increased the package price from the earlier quote & also the customer service number provided never responds to the call on time. Had to mail them to get them to call you.

Overall, it was a poorly managed trip. Please find the feedback below- 1) I landed at Zurich airport, however, the train was booked from Zurich HB. I had to purchase train tickets from Zurich airport to Zurich HB on my own. 2) On day 5 of the trip, Eiffel tower visit was planned at 7 pm. I reached the meeting point and waited, however, no one turned up for pickup. I paid the heavy price of a ruined evening (25% of my time in Paris!!) No refunds processed till date!! Fraud company!!

I traveled through this holiday packages 2 years back... There is transperancy issue with this package tour. Agent took extra money for luggage and also journey was not smooth as it is. Try to find other good package tour.

We were planning Japan trip none of the hotels and flights were finalized Their agent insisted on paying token amount which was refundable,We paid 25000/- on 14 Aug,we were planning to go on 26 oct 2019 but the trip got cancelled. I immediately called ,emailed ,whatsapped the agency, they assured they will return the token amount by September.. It has been almost 3 months, they are not picking up our phone. Antilog Travels is a Fraud. Worst Experience We had a group booking of 25 Rooms for Ananta Hotel Udaipur. Due to Covid, 6 Rooms people were not able to come. At first we asked Antilog Travels to communicate to Ananta Hotel Udaipur to Cancel/reschedule our 6 Rooms. Antilog says Ananta Udaipur has denied this request where as in relality Antilog never communicated with Ananta Udaipur. Antilog Travels is Total Fraud and never wish to help their customers. Never Ever go with Antilog again.

We arrived in Singapore on December 2019. When booking from Antilog Tour, I wanted a bathtub in the room and they convinced me to be in the bathtub room, but when I got there, the bathtub doesn't fit in that room. They have cheated us by lying.
