Contrary to the gentlemen's comment below, I think a certain amount of assistance should be provided by the developer. Especially when a person is unsure why the main app crashes every time you attempt any action

After playing around, I finally figured out how to use the plugin. From the Explorer, select "Share my contents", then "Share via http". If the plugin is not installed, you'll get a message something like "String resource ID #0x7f090257". If the plugin is installed, you get a start button. From there, it is obvious. I give this a 3 because of the lack of instructions and non-intuitiveness. I've not really played with it to see if it's the best way to transfer files. I currently prefer alternatives such as SSHDroid and and AirDroid.

Don't give any App a poor rating just because you don't understand it. This App works exactly as the name implies. Take some time to understand the App. If you can't understand the App then don't rated it.
