Honestly one of my go-to apps. Helps me keep everything organized and keep things separate between work and home life. Absolutely love it. Edit: Recently though it's been buggy. I'll try to organize the order of my tasks, and when I drag one up or down, it jumps back to its original position. Just now I tried to add a tag but the tag just disappears instantly. I have upwards of 60 tasks total, so maybe that's having an effect. But then why give the option for multiple task lists?

I liked this app until recently. I discovered that items were being added to my shopping list without my input. I noticed a pop-up notification on my phone that an item was added. Viewing my list I saw several items that I did not add. I tried to work this out with the developer, but after informing me that they had a fix for the issue, they then followed up saying that they would not be releasing the fix. I assume they are receiving money for allowing products to hijack their paying customers.

Love this app! This is the only app that lets me move items around on my lists, like moving unavailable grocery items to the bottom. I also like that my completed items stay with me if I want, like my packing list, so after a trip I can make all items active again for the next trip without having to think of everything again. And the completed items on the grocery list jog my memory for the next shopping trip. I just use the basic app and am very happy with it.

It's okay, but very focused on tasks, when sometimes I just want a list. The integration with Alexa and list sharing are the best features, but sync can be flaky at times. Also there doesn't seem to be a way to dismiss all those notifications!

  5. ChuCannon-avatar

Works decently most of the time, but I've noticed that any of the reminders I have long time (things that are supposed to remind me every day indefinitely) eventually just stop reminding me, even though they still show up on my to do list. Very frustrating. The inconsistencies make this unreliable, which essentially makes the app useless to me as a tool to plan my day around

I like to keep things simple so I don't use all the bells and whistles, but this app has had very reliable, bug-free performance for me. It can also set events to happen either by date or day - seems simple, but it makes a huge difference!

If you set Alarms and plan to use it everyday or when you need to use it, you should be able to stay on track. I also really like the check list effect for some reason it just makes the task I complete feel like it was actually achieved.

I like the concept, but it doesn't work with how I use to do lists. I use them as a running list of things I need to get done within a general span of time. Something about putting a specific date for things to be done makes me procrastinate until the "due date" I've set, even if I give myself reasonable time to do it. I like the draw over that pops up when I use my phone for the first time in a day, but the due dates add an urgency that I use a calendar for. I know any.do is both, but still.

great app! unfortunately does not allow for notes about (or long descriptions of) sub-tasks, but everything else: tasks, topics, google calendar integration, etc. it's got everything to serve my needs in a very clean and visible UI. thank you for such an amazing app, definitely considering going pro once it becomes more integrated into my routine and I decide I need the extra features.

I have had this app for almost a year. I was really enjoying it. I mostly used it for my grocery list and weekend to do list. However, I will be uninstalling it now because it deemed it appropriate to automatically add "Welch's brand Fruit Snacks!" to my grocery list without permission. I encounter ads in a lot of places, but I refuse to use an app that panders to corporations in such a way that it starts adding branded products to my damn grocery list.
