Both camera and phone confirm wifi connection however this APP continues to report a failed connection and is therefore unusable. This is an APP that is endorsed by the camera manufacture and it does NOT work. The developer's website returns a 403 error. I have tried contacting customer service however, no response as of yet.

Hi, the camera feature is good and awesome👍👍👍, can use anywhere, but the application for mobile and pc always crash wifi connection and always lags or delay the actual video. Hope this will fix ASAP. The camera is so good.

At last I have my sp360 working in wifi remote control after not using it for a year . Superb camera for shooting in macro wide angle.

Only will connect after u disable mobile data....On Google pixel with Android nougat 7.1 .....Not turning off mobile data Everytime I wanna use this app....So stupid!!!!! Will give 5 stars possibly if it works ever
