At first this app was very helpful...but after that, it is becoming worse. After I have submitted readings in self meter reading, the bill is not updating..and the app also not working properly like "service is temporarily disabled". So finally the bill collector taking the reading even though I tell that I took it. So after this my under process bill is rejected and this new bill is final. If this is the process then why the heck is this app for? Pls, update the bill in 24hrs after self meter

I had taken the self meter reading on 04.09.2021 and consumed units shown 200, upto 06.09.2021 it is shown under process and on 07.09.2021 it is shown this service is temporarily disabled, when I complained this online, they had taken manually today i.e.08.09.2021, and bill came for Rs.1229/-whereas for 200units last month I paid only Rs.681/- means I had lost Rs.548/-. I used this service to take timely reading and reduce the bill amount. who is responsible for this? and how to reduce my bill.

Iam using this app for current bills paying, recently I used for self meter reading it was accepted immediately and also generated bill and got a text msg for mobile, after 2days bill reader came taken the reading and given bill slip, but we have to pay only self meter only.It was very useful to save money before we reach max kwh in month

Self meter reading option is very thoughtful during this pandemic...especially because the meter reading guys are not wearing face masks...if asked...you know how they behave...

App is not working properly. Unable to make payments.. always throwing error APEPDCL service is not available. Don't know problem with server or with App. Issued escalated through mails but No response yet.

Whenever you want to track the complaint status, you will end up seeing 'Temporarily service is unavailable'. Even update didn't solve this.

I have submitted the meter reading in online and got the bill however bill collector retaken the reading and generated new bill with excess amount.. when I asked not to take the bill, he told till they didn't receive the update about app. This is very bad way of working. Please rectify the problem as soon as possible. I wait for your response.

There is no complaint box to register complaint in this app. And the box showing for lodge complaint.. It is not informative.. And present my area large number of power cuts are held.. Worst service now.
