the app doesn't always load properly. I go to Rita's frequently and spend a lot of money there. So I end up without a reward. Also I wish it was like the punch card and it would give you the amount of purchases you buy to receive your next reward. example each time I go I buy my kids at least 4 separate things and then the large containers to take home and it's the same amount whether you buy one item or ten.

The people who work here are always friendly, but whenever I open the app, it says rita's has stopped. It then says under that OK or report. I even took the app off for like two weeks and it is still not working. I come here pretty often and have been coming here for the past 13 years of 14 years that this location has been open. I can't earn my visits and have them documented to earn my free ice and that is pretty annoying considering how long I have been coming here without any problems.

Excellent our family enjoys several gelati's a day!mike says they are refreshing. It is so amazing the custard that you guys make the most yummy things out of it! Especially the Reese's peanut butter concrete! Your store on Dublin is a very short distance from our house and very convenient I make the trip to Rita's sometimes twice a day I'm excited about having you in our neighborhood as soon as I complete this app I'm heading to Rita's we are so close to Rita's that we find that we can walk!!!

The app rarely works at my local store. The QR scanner just doesn't scan. Makes the whole rewards program pointless. I love the store and the product. It doesn't make sense that they have such a horrible rewards system.

worst app as it cannot scan QR at rita sites and you never add up rewards so I am constantly missing out on rewards. need a better way of earning rewards like Dunkin donuts there is a perks card or perks on the app that the store scans instead of customers scanning. might work better. for now I have uninstalled app and wont buy anymore at ritas.

I always have issues with this app. Either it doesn't load or it doesn't apply my reward. I know I have missed out on a few free items just because the app wont recognize or accept the QR code. Honestly, I wish Rita's would just have the regular stamps cards back so I know I'm getting my proper rewards.

I go to Rita's almost everyday for the past 3 weeks. The reward section only scanned properly 3 times. It always crash and never register the reward. I would have gotten one or two free gelati otherwise. Please fix the app. Thanks!

Often gave problems with the QR code scanner when buying, then I don't have my credits toward a free treat! Not cool. I live very near a store and used to frequent the store...not sure if the app doesn't work well how much I'll visit this year. 😫

Well it seems I am not the only one having problems logging in to my account. It wont even recognize my registered email or let me create a new account with a different email. Deleted app and will try to reinstall to see if this fixes it.

Doesn't work. Everytime my wife and I come the app doesn't work. But don't worry, they have a sign posted for Android to restart your phone. Clear the cache on the app, etc etc. It has been years of it not working. The Italian ice is good though.
