The worst service I have ever experienced in the life. They give false promises, there is no planning. They do the delivery and installation as per their feasibility. its been 2 weeks a simple installation has not been done. They give you a date but they won't arrive at your place. Your day gets wasted they are not bothered. I purchased the product with coupons that's why I got stuck otherwise I would have asked for refund. The store experience in VR mall chennai is just as pathetic as online.

I bought a table and got it for a reasonable price, though they took 15days to deliver it, the quality of the table was good, and value for money, I live in Chennai here the service is pretty good they assembled it too the same day of delivery. But in the mobile app track order feature is broken that's why I have 4 stars

I ordered a bed which is supposed to be delivered by 12th of December and hasn't been shipped yet so I decided to reach out to customer care to figure out what's the hold up. To my surprise, their staff is completely undertrained, they don't know how to handle queries of customers. No support was provided, and hence I had to disconnect the call. A really bad experience with home centre and probably the last one too.

ZERO STARS. The table I ordered was supposed to be delivered today. The tracking page shows that it hasn't even been shipped. Zero communication. After ten days of "processing", they cancelled the order saying they couldn't process it due to technical issues. Don't order from here. Trust me. They give discounts they can't afford and then cancel the orders. they asked me to reorder, now the table is 1000 bucks more

Worst service provider ever. They will commit a delivery date to you and arbitrarily change it then... their customer service team has no clue what delivery team does... and the delivery team will simply reschedule the delivery at their whims and fancies wrongly citing customer did not answer their call!!

We just ordered a bed and had worst experience even before the delivery. 1) Couldn't apply the suggested coupons because of tech failure 2) Wrote emails to customer success but was supremely disappointing. Zero customer centricity. They did not even acknowledge or debug the problem and straightaway rejected acknowledging problem 3) Delivery is late by 3 days and no proactive info 4) customer success executives just want the call to end with us and are zero interested

One of the worst e-trailers to shop from. They increases the prices online and don't ever change the price tags on the products. Price parity between the same skus online and offline is unethical. Most of the products are broken, if a customer is opting for home delivery and they don't even give you a chance to initiate a refund or a return request unless and until the entire shipment is delivered.

Never never ever buy... furniture from homecentre..online is different from offline.after sales service is poor. Homecentres showroom in person do not support anything that is bought online. I made that mistake and regretting it. Dont expect any support if you buy online. Will take days to resolve it.

One of the worst - dont buy from Homecentre.after selling goods no response from them.for installation we have to follow up.if the furniture received damage also no response. I am following from last 25days but they are not bother to attend complaint. Worst experience in my lifetime a big mistake.
