Aplicativo móvil del Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación de Chile, que permite solicitar una reimpresión de la cédula de identidad.
La solicitud de reimpresión de cédula de identidad, mantendrá los datos, fotografía y fecha de la última cédula vigente. Los motivos para requerirla son: Robo/Hurto, Extravío o Voluntad Propia.
Los requisitos para realizar la reimpresión de una cédula de identidad son:
Ser mayor de 16 años al momento de su última solicitud
El solicitante debe haber obtenido su cédula de identidad, posterior a Septiembre de 2013.
Su actual cédula de identidad, debe tener una vigencia de a lo menos un mes a su próxima fecha de expiración.
La persona no debe tener una cédula en trámite.
El nombre, sexo, lugar de nacimiento o fecha de nacimiento de la persona, no deben haber sufrido modificaciones respecto de su última cédula obtenida.

Instrucciones de uso de la app:
Al principio de la aplicación tendrás que ingresar tu Run, sin puntos ni dígito verificador. 
En la siguiente pantalla deberás ingresar el primer nombre de tu madre y la comuna de tu domicilio particular. Para este último campo, deberás seleccionar la comuna que aparece en la lista de sugerencias.
Una vez pases las 2 pantallas, se solicitará que ingreses un código de verificación, que será enviado a tu correo electrónico. Para recibir el código debes seleccionar el botón “Enviar código”, y a continuación revisar tu correo electrónico, el cual se muestra en la primera alerta al momento de ingresar tu Run.
Al completar las 3 validaciones, se desplegará el formulario de información de entrega, donde tendrás que: ingresar un correo electrónico, en el cual recibirás el comprobante para poder retirar tu cédula de identidad; seleccionar el motivo de tu solicitud de reimpresión: Robo/Hurto, Extravío o Voluntad Propia. Si seleccionas Voluntad Propia, tu cedula actual será bloqueada al momento de la entrega del nuevo documento en oficina, sin embargo, si seleccionas los motivos Robo/Hurto o Extravío, tu actual documento será bloqueado al momento de realizar la solicitud de reimpresión.
Tendrás que seleccionar la oficina donde deseas ir a retirar tu documento, primero debes seleccionar: Región, Comuna y luego la oficina de Registro Civil, donde deseas retirar el documento.
Cuando completes los requisitos anteriores, se desplegará la pantalla de autenticación facial, la cual, mediante técnicas biométricas faciales, validará que el usuario que esta frente a la cámara corresponde con la biometría facial contenida en la base de datos del Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación. Se mostrarán 2 puntos, los cuales tienes que seleccionar moviendo tu rostro, siguiendo con atención las instrucciones que aparecen por debajo de la pantalla.
Si finalizaste la pantalla verificación biométrica con éxito, se desplegará una pantalla con tu nombre completo, que permitirá finalizar el proceso a la ventana de pago.
Se desplegará la ventana de WebPay, donde podrás ingresar los datos de tu banco para pagar la solicitud y finalizar el proceso.
Una vez realizado el pago, podrás visualizar la última pantalla del flujo, la cual indica que has finalizado tu solicitud con éxito y que el comprobante de la solicitud fue enviada a tu correo electrónico.
