Latest update is really counter productive. You spent a hell lots of time scrolling through all the addresses to add in the next stop. Tye previous version which allows courier to scan and pull out thee next delivery task is much better. Only good thing about current version is there's no more problem uploading photos. In any case, the needs to scan the second time before closing the task really makes no sense.

Previous version was working fine, I was able to update all deliveries as and when I deliver for accurate data capture. After the update I was unable to update collections or deliveries.

When after installation openingvthe app its asking for id and password that even i havent sign off early and whenbi type my some other id and password its telling me that its wrongvid or password... How can i even sign in into this app..

The previous version much better to work with. You could choose which shipment you want to deliver or collect as per your route planning. This enabled you as a courier to achieve your Service Levels and improve your Productivity. No you are wasting unnecessary time especially when you have a busy route like mine. This version is very poor.

I have used almost all courier service, I found aramex worst of all. My sbi card was expected to be delivered via aramex, they attempted first on weekdays and I told executive to deliver on weekend and I was available throughout the day waiting for aramex executive but without attempting delivery I got the message saying no one at home. Haven't seen this kind of cheating done by other courier service. Please look at your executive so that they do not spam customer. Disgusting service.

Worst services, I have been waiting for Saturday for my parcel. But haven't recieved yet. Pathetic. Have some shame people. You people didn't call and yet you text that customer couldn't be reached. There is no mention of any contact details of a courrier delivery guy. It's rubbish and cumbersome to track it. The parcel is out for delivery from morning and hasn't reached till now. It's too much. I can't write enough complaint of this service. Grow people and improve yourself.

Worst service ever..Don't use them.Waiting for my bankcard to arrive since past 25 days...No action taken even after number of calls to the office.🤬🤬🤬!!!
