1. APP is only partially English. 2. I was unable to register a complaint (keeps getting error message). Complaints dropdown list selection has no English translation. 3.live chat help was in English in the begining but later I was asked to detail the problem in Arabic.

Very poor application and zero customer support..I can't send complaint can't get my money back ..the driver and worker not responding to my call or WhatsApp messages..the application it self sucks ..the only way to contact is a horrible chatbot that kept telling me to apply for complaint which is not working

I have to get a refund for 4 visits which wasn't used due to covid. Now I cannot contact the customer service dept. Neither by app, WhatsApp or phone. They don't respond to anything. Until this issue I was quite satisfied with their service.

Very very bad customer service, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, you can't contact them almost at all. I was on hold for about half an hour (twice, and they charged me money while I was on hold) and then they hanged up on me. When I finally got a hold of someone, he was sleepy, bored and very unhelpful. You can't get a refund if there is a problem, you can't solve any sort of problem because they won't answer, and they don't care. They don't even care about the reviews

App is very poor. Customer service is very bad calling for so many times..no response no action.. after paying the money no one can help u with anything or any complaints about workers

App has issue!!! We paid whatever app showed in the system 477-23 vat= 500sar for 6 visits. Then it shows additional something more must be paid also under the title of "remaining amount" ! Do you keep going to add amount?! Fix the app very well please. Its also keep geting frozen while entering location.

No way to register complaint against the visit. It always says error occurred. No way to reach customer care as well. So looks like the app only does contract booking but rest they don't care
