****UPDATE #4**** Since writing review on 9/21 and going to asurion app support and adding more info. as asked, it is early morning of 10/6 and have yet to receive feedback from the info. provided to the "ASURION APP SUPPORT." Although, I will admit my persistence to get answers will hopefully pay off. I was on the phone at 5:30am PT, morning of 10/5 to be hung up on (sorry, disconnected 3×) by the Fabulous "Verizon Tech Coach of The Philippines" once again Great morning!! Bring it back to U.S.

Positive, polite, friendly, technically savvy, solve the issue! Updated 07/24/2021 The app works, but VZW does not do so well in serving its customers. I was looking for a one-stop shop, but instead my issue isn't resolvable with tech coach. I have to call a number and raise the issue with them. I have consistently had troubles with my battery having a full charge even overnight for about 6+ months now and my port or my battery R going bad already after buying brand new and having it for under 2 years now and my options are to repair or replace by the insurance. Both which cost lot of money! I feel like I bought a lemon which is going to cost me an arm and a leg in the time frame of just barely 2 years!! I NEED BETTER OPTIONS!! Extremely helpful, as long as your name is on the account. This app allows you to chat immediately w/ a person, they respond immediately and talk you through whatever it is you have an issue w/ concerning your phone. GREAT APP. 👍 Just used it again this morning..I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This is an unacceptable way to conduct support for customers. If you get a new phone through Verizon, you are given a paper to set up your new phone and transfer data and files. If you are a SENIOR and not tech savvy, you can't set the phone up. Awful way to provide service. Tell a Senior citizen, here is a paper....Good Luck.

Most of the agents are not very helpful. It turns out they only want to go do a factory reset or a replacement and not address the problem. Another agent is smart enough to get the problem solved without all this other stuff. I've had the same problem at times and the agent has been doing different troubleshooting and not do the same as the other agent that had helped me successfully. I mean. 8/7/21 app failed. I chatted with Zain. He helpful, very fast & text the steps I needed to do Which fixed my issue. Zain answered other questions & was offered his apologies for VZ App Issues. I stay with VZW. Because I can text around the clock, BUT the MONTHLY RATES COULD BE MORE AFFORDABLE! {Charging a higher monthly pymt doesn't make VW look Better than another provider or More Important, It makes everyone question what they can afford.

Used this cause a Verizon store rep put it on my phone. Was having trouble with mine and wife's S21 5G and had them make me do some things before they would consider phone being bad. Then I went to contact them to continue since problem still exists and now they want me to pay $17/mo for this service, I thought it was free since the store rep said this is better than coming to the store. WHAT A JOKE!! Phone still not working right, now what????

Horrible. On line tech does not respond well and when I stayed on the phone to speak to someone the call was disconnected during the conversation. Why did she ask for name and number and not call back? Horrible.
