The Delivery Service is really bad,the drivers never carry change for cash pay delivery and sent wrong item up to 4 days ago no response from the company,only tell me the department is working on the replacement or refund of the item.. like really. Customer service is poor no supervisor available at no time. Terrible.

Original: Search function should be improved, unless I put exact name I get zero results. Checkout process has many bugs... Could not remove item from cart, and at some point could not even see the cart. Eventually it all worked but it was a bit frustrating. Update: I continued using the app and have had a bad experience with Carrefour recently.

Good deals. It asks to update delivery address and then you have to enter verification code sent via SMS that you never receive. Customer service calls takes a lot of time to respond. Then, you get told that a technical team would call back within 5 days. Both were clueless. I had to delete the app after using it for more than a year

The app is good but still needs more enhancements, lags sometimes, timetable errors, redirecting to home page sometimes, hope they fix it cause i am sure this is a major time saver for most users.

It's been months since I've been able to use my credit card. Every time I do, it sends an OTP for 0 riyals, and always fails the order. After MONTHS AND DOZENS of calls with customer support, they have done absolutely nothing. I've given this a chance but they clearly aren't competent enough and don't care about their customers. Uninstalling the app!

It forces you to verify your address but never sends the SMS code. I was at their store today and couldn't scan my barcode because it was stuck on "Verify your number" constantly without ever sending a code. I can't order, can't pay, can't change address, can't even get points now. The app is worse than before.

Excessive error messages (Invalid jason response. ...etc.) and incompatibility with multiple versions of Android. Lacks essential and easily accessible information like store hours and current sales info.

Can't place order anymore. Every time I open the app, I'm being asked to confirm my location. After I enter my address details, an OTP is sent and nothing happens after I enter the OTP. App has become completely useless
