Like the prompt delivery of notifications for tickets but really hate that won't show pictures in tickets. Have to login to mobile site, which kind of kills the point of the app. Also do not like that occasionally have to log back in with my credentials and my 2FA code. Really need to implement biometric login so can just hit my fingerprint instead of having to mess with multiple apps.

Really frustrating, no landscape for tablet, no overview, I want to quickly see things. Tickets do not show any pictures embedded in the ticket so you miss a lot of info, nor does it show attachments. I can't even restart a device from the app or see an attached it profile, no password manager. It's pointless in its present format

I love how this app gives me access to my client's tech dashboard, trouble tickets, and stats when I'm out on the go. I only wish it could recognize when I'm on my tablet or phone and in landscape mode. I also wish I could use the remote tools to remote into my client's workstation or server from my mobile devices.

Needs Landsape view. Lack of a landscape view makes it awkward to use on a tablet, which is what all of our techs use primarily for time/tickets/Splashtop. Luckily, at least Splashtop does a proper landscape view when it opens.

Functionality is too limited. They have added ticketing and the ability to create tickets as well. BUT - and this is a big deal - we still can't log time to a ticket or see time entries.

The app is missing a ton of functionality. You can't access password manager from the app, see the cpu and memory status or send scripts. This needs alot of development.

Ok to view devices. Besides adding the ability to login to the devices,, it's useless. Can't run scripts, can't do patches etc. Still have to lug the good old laptop with for the desktop version.

Pretty useless for rmm. Can't search for devices, can't run scripts, or perform any other useful actions against devices.
