The app is now garbage. It looks prettier than it used to but is a lot worse to use, not intuitive at all if you want picking up from anywhere except your current location, and simply states that a car is unavailable no matter what time or date I pick. Rubbish. I would fix this urgently as I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I'm not the only one.

Horrible service, 15 mins late, called the operator twice and was told different cars would be with me in 2 minutes, they they added an airport fee which wasn't mentioned in the pre booking price. Honestly save the hassle and download BlueLine or Uber.

Stuck at getting the code when first signing up, not sure if i have used app in the past which means they have my phone number and this is messing up the system or the fact that I have used Dean taxis before but booking taxi the old school way 🤣. Nevertheless no info on why am not receiving the code on the app so no clue why this is happening apart from me guessing.

Used to be a great app but now you can't book a ride, even if you try to pre book 2 or 3 hours ahead. It constantly says no cars available.

Excellent! I'm new to the app to arrange transport for my elderly mother. I can leave a message for the driver prior to pick up. Very confident she will be treat with care and compassion. Well done Dean ❤

We made a mistake when first booking a taxi for the following day and one turned up in minutes. Sorry. You can do this by clicking on the option at the bottom corner of the screen. Booked a taxi for following day which arrived on time. Simon helped me, with my broken wrist in plaster and my elderly father in law with his walking stick out if his taxi.

Great App . Works perfectly for me. Don't think people understand how to use it properly as it's easy to set location for pickup and set a time in advance if needed. Provides details of where the driver is and who they are . Don't need much for to be fair. Good stuff !

This app is dreadful it's doing Dean taxis no favours, the app doesn't understand , Florence Avenue. Lowfell. Gateshead. Now it maybe my accent? I tried 6 times. Mind you the operator wasn't much, and that was me without a drink. The other bad Idea is giving anybody your bank details, it's a No No from me

30 minutes late turning up for the going out journey, 10 minutes late on the return journey!! What more can I say. Had to change our arrangements going out as we missed the crowd at the first pub because the taxi was half an hour late! Just want to add not the driver's fault they were polite and apologetic but are only given the jobs when they drop off the latest one. The office need to get there act sorted!

Ridiculous service!! I've always used dean's taxi but more than a few times now, there's no one to even accept the job and when I ring no one picks up... One time at the metrocentre same thing happened and it turned out the operator was on the phone chatting away, I know this because I was stood in a cue behind a man waiting to use the taxi phones inside the metrocentre that he was using and he seemed to be having a conversation like he was talking to a friend rather than booking a taxi.
