KingKabs app is a nightmare . Not enough space to post all wrong things. Not possible to contact driver directly when the app gives you a wrong place to meet at Manchester airport. Calling hotline is useless, no human being will talk to you. Of course the driver try to call you but many times the call is not working. MORE THAN 2 YEARS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH KINGKABS AND NOT EVEN A SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT FROM THEM . PLEASE BRING US BACK UBER IN CHESTER, THEY KNOW HOW TO MANAGE A CAB SERVICES APP.

Never NOT late. Even if you book from the day before or even use the telephone to make a booking. They're always late.

the app is really good in terms of it working and the ability to see where cars are and eta. it gets location from phone so its as good as that, but you can manually enter the location if you wish. and if need be add notes for driver. all that is great and does exactly what I need. but... on my phone (S8+) the app drains battery like crazy and the phone constantly reports app misbehaving in maintenance pages (battery) and logs show 11 crashes in one day, even when not using app.

Do NOT use this app / service. I booked. Got confirmation. Called to verify booking / location as was late at night. The taxi DID NOT show up left a woman alone at night. When I called the office they said 'there was nothing they could do' and cut me off! Disgraceful ! If I could I would leave ZERO stars

Needs some major improvements to compete with the likes of Uber etc. Right now it's just a poor, basic app with many bugs and not updated often. Shame really. 3/5 cos at least they have an app...

Prebook feature is becoming a joke. Rarely on time despite prebooking hours in advance. Bad form when you rely on taxis to get to work

They sent me a text saying that the taxi is here but wasn't. I had to wait for ages for another one event hough I booked it in advance.
