The app is helpful for account information and preferences. I don't mind reading my meter but it seems there should be a more foolproof way of doing this. Not everyone understands the dials. The outage tool is nice but incomplete in information and hard to navigate. The outage map does not scroll with fingers. Biggest gripe is the bill and statement tool only generates blank pdf documents. It has been broken for a long time now. Same applies to the NYSEG version of the app.

1. Why do we get prompted to the web browser when making a payment? Make everything accessible through the app. 2. Why do we have to enter all our information when making a payment. Everything should be auto populated being we just came from the app. Overall not a bad app these are my first world problems. I'm happy we finally have a app.

Great idea.. The Power Outtage tab works well and I have been able to Pay without issue. That might be it for this app. Every time I try to look at the Bills it gives an error message. And past Payments have not shown up, then the next Bill is double. On line it will show some things but the amounts aren't the same. I'm not in love with this whole system.. some things have got to change with their record keeping.

Won't even let me sign into the app to pay my bill and I've changed it like 10 times. Called them said my payment won't go through with over 400 on my card to call my bank way to go rge rather deal with candle light then this company

Does not work. I've followed instructions exactly 4 times. This is too cumbersome. I need outage info. Signing in with acct should be sufficient.

This app mostly works ok...however the fingerprint option does not work on my Galaxy S7. I have a dozen other apps where the fingerprint option works perfect. Please fix yours.

Missing major features... Needs to be able to snap pics to read the meter rather than have me continue to deal with dials going in opposite directions to type in the readings. If they expect me to read the dials, then the app should be able to read the dials. And then, for verification, I should receive an email with the pics and readings.

DON'T DOWNLOAD!!! Almost never works. Always something wrong with at least 1 or more parts of app. Often can't pay with app, check payments/statement, or even set up app. Sometimes down for days. It's useless.
