The app is fine unless you have a problem and try to figure your account out.. I paid off my balance and it showed as paid off, I even accidentally over paid a nd it showed that as AZ credit (Great). A few days later I went to use it and it was declined. Not only was my payment No longer there, it didn't have any evidence of a payment at all and had me at maxed out! Nothing in history and the contact us button was a blank dead end.

User interface is simple and easy to navigate. Finger scan or password are both nice. No problems so far. Update.... Paid first bill via the app using my bank account. 4 days later the payment was returned and I was charged for a return payment. There was a "malfunction in the system" that somehow determined my bank account was not valid and returned the same payment to the same account. If the account was not valid the funds would not have transferred.

App works as intended, very simplistic and easy to check on everything. These "Credit Cards" only run as Debt Cards for some reason. You cannot rent a car or stay at a hotel with these. Other than that, it is a great card that is accepted everywhere.

Wonderful, except... The credit card customer service is terrible, there are so many banking standards broken with no experience. The rep basically said I'm only allowed to have 1 card per customer. Even though, I asked her if she could apply for a second one on my behalf and mentioned removing my offers... Not helpful at all. Then I told her I asked because I couldn't get a credit line increase and explained that a second card would be useful. However, to no avail (website doesnt apply twice).

Not good. I paid the bill they took the money out of my account credit card statement said it posted but no credit on the credit card. They said it could take up to 1 to 10 day's how can that be.

Due to Coivd-19, I emailed and asked about possibly extending my term to lower my monthly payment (give them more interest). They said, "no, unfortunately blah blah blah...". Last time I ever use this group and haven't recommended them to anyone. Stick with the credit unions.

Easy to use app, only thing fingerprint authentication does not work, it does not display the actual finger print option.

Takes 2 weeks to post a payment. They hold onto your money to draw interest then charge you interest on top of that. All banks do it. Just not this long.

Definitely some of the worst customer service you'll ever have and you definitely don't want to request a payoff amount because they will take it out of your account even though you didn't authorize it and then argue with you about it.

I would Want to stay with this company if they actually worked with their customers more during these times. Also way to difficult to actually get anything done with them when calling in, or have something fixed. Ridiculous
