App is pretty good. I really wish it would show battery life of the bracelet. Overall I don't think it's worth the money. Look up a good Fertility Awarness Based Method of cycle tracking and take a class! You will be better off. Specifically Creighton method with napro technology. They are actually making huge breakthroughs in women's health!

App and watch are great at tracking the multitude of parameters that it measures, but the watch is made of such cheap material that it lasts just past the warranty period of one year. The customer service suggestion is to buy a brand new watch with a 10 percent off coupon, to use a rubber band or bandaid to secure the straps. Disappointed. But have learned to accept that companies take advantage of couples desperate to conceive..

UPDATE: Since owning this since Feb 21, I can give an honest legitimate review. The watch is cheaply made. The band has broken several times clasp fell apart already! For ladies with this same problem (super glue duct tape on each side of the clasp it fixes it. I've had several times that its failed to record the data despite sleeping longer than 4 hours. Waking up for 5 mins to pee shouldn't restart the sleep recording. App signs you out without warning. Too much money to not be dependable.

App gives unhelpful errors or just plain crashes probably 40% of the time, including account logout/reset about every other week for no reason. Device doesn't tell you about low battery until it's too late and seems to lose the whole night of data regardless of when it died. App UI is intuitive but algorithm is so obfuscated that it gets hard to trust that it's actually working to "detect" your fertile window based on your data, it seems to just be using statistics.

I thought that ava was completely accurate with my fertility window to find out by my reproductive endocrinologist and testing that my ava bracelet wasn't as accurate as I thought. It has my ovulation listed as 5 days after my actual ovulation occurs. I've been wearing it for 6 months and am now disappointed in it.

Overall, Ava has a good app. However, often times (about once a week), the app cannot locate the bracelet and I have to take a couple extra steps (about 5 minutes) including restarting my phone, plugging in the ava, etc, so it is not as seamless as one would hope. I wish I knew more about several of the measurements (specifically HRV) but i cannot locate the information online.

I LOVE my Ava bracelet. However, the technical complexity and functionality of the app that comes with it is flat out terrible. My reason for saying so is that it does not offer even HALF of the options that Lady Cycle (my favorite tracker) or Ovia has. It would take more than the space of this post would allow to write what I wish it had. It would be nice to use ONLY Ava. Especially for what I paid for it.

App is horrible. Constantly locks me out. I have worn the band every night since I purchased it about 2 years ago, but it doesn't always record data or sync. Customer service was no help, wouldn't send me a new one even thought it was still under warranty. My wristband was starting to tear so I contacted support for just a replacement band, and they wanted to sell me a whole new ava! I ended up fixing it with super glue. Oh, and I'm still not pregnant. They won't honor that guarantee either.

The app normally works pretty well but I've been having some problems with the bracelet being charged and collecting data. I specifically bought the package that if you're not pregnant in a year they'll return your money but only if you sync so many times. Because of the problems I've been having I'm afraid it's been voided despite wearing it every night. Today there's not even a button to sync my data. Hopefully these problems won't count against me.

didn't get this for fertility. I needed this to track my monthly cycle because i never knew when it was going to be. It's been very accurate and im thankful. the app does update or shut down some but it WILL still have your data. I found it was not a good time to upload my data around 6:30est because it would be unable to connect. I picked a different time and have had no issues since.
