Very poor customer service and a flawed app. It would not let me log in because it needed to verify my email by sending a verification email that never came! I used the chat function to try to get help. I was #96 in the queue and when it finally got to me, the rep gave me three things to do, none of which solved the problem then she disconnected from the chat without fixing my problem. Avoid this service and app. It's useless.

What a trash app. It took several tries, waiting minutes each, to log in; app just kept spinning. It is stupidly slow and tells me that I don't have internet when I very much do. Not to mention that forcing people to use this exercise in frustration to access tickets is an awful tactic to get exposure. At least ticketmaster works. This isn't security, it's just hamstringing.

Buggy and flawed app. Half the time the tickets don't transfer when you want it to. Make sure to try ticket transfers well before the event so you have a higher probability of it going through. Same goes for trying to sell tickets. I was hopeful this app was going to be good. The premise is solid. Execution poor.

The performance of this app is quite poor but I think the website server is to blame. 'Featured' and 'Upcoming Near You' rarely load regardless of being connected to 5G or fast WiFi. Sometimes 'Your Tickets' will time out and only display the 'Mobile ID'. I've tried uninstall and re-installing, clearing the cache and data without any improvement. Maybe amazon servers would be a better option 👍

I had to download this to get my Primus Tix for a show last night in Denver. It was a pain to confirm my email, took 3 tries. And when I finally got it and went to the show they couldn't scan the barcode. It was just red and saying invalid on their scanners. Eventually the venue scanned my debit card and confirmed I actually did have Tix. What a freaking pain and a stupid system. What was wrong with just emailing my Tix in a PDF????????????????

It's an awful. Beyond terrible customer service. I emailed, Facebook messengered, and even waited started at 99 in the online chat quie. Then waiting to get into the concert I was logged inn and ready but as soon as I had to show the tickets after waiting a long time to be up front by the stage the dumb app logged me out. Finally after 15 minutes and resetting my password and shut my phone down it worked. Meanwhile I'm now nit close to the stage that I waited for due to some moron app maker. Ug

Worst ticket app ever. Customer service is non-existent. Their terms for selling tickets are the worst. Basically you can't get the funds until the event happens well the event I was supposed to go to has been canceled/ rescheduled 3 times now. They've been holding up my funds for almost a year now on tickets we've resold.

Bought tickets for Cali Vibes 4 days ago. Tickets still not available to see in the mobile app. I contacted them the only way they have available 3 days ago and still no answer! Checked today to see if tickets appeared but still no. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still nothing. Today no history of the purchase on the mobile app. If I go on a computer I see the purchase but not actual tickets I can use to get in. Gonna try and get my $ refunded by my CC Co. SUCKS!!! never again.

So far, this app has stopped working (unable to log in or display tickets) 75% of the time when I've needed it. And apparently this issue is well-known to all the people working at the box office, since they all expect this to happen to people using the axs app. They don't even allow you to take screenshots of the qr codes (which would be helpful since this app is barely functional). Do better, or give us an option to display our tickets that doesn't involve this broken garbage app.

This app and company should be liquidated and discontinued. An entirely useless application that a simple email would solve. Forcing your attendees to download an app to get tickets should be illegal, I never thought I would get scammed so hard by the artists I love. Save your precious time by signing up for will call or something else if you see this atrocious logo accompanying any event you go to.
