Doesn't work...constant crashes, doesn't connect to my phone. When it finally does, it crashes during the test. Basically a scam. Don't waste your money.

Software is SLOW. I'm going to have to return this.... While testing this sober and at a 0.022 and my girlfriend is a 0.055, every time we've tried to connect the breathalyzer to this app we've have nothing but trouble. Finally, after about 1 to 2 minutes, they connect and you can use the app.. . Party foul, this app is a failure.... The breathalyzer might be good, but I can't tell because it's too difficult to use.... You'll lose this sale and any recommendations just due to this faulty app

Overall it looked promising, connecting quickly to the device without issue, and the app being modern looking. However, the app continuosly refuses to let me see any of the devices readings, force closing the app as soon as I tap to see it. I give it 2 stars because, if this bug gets fixed, the app is nice looking and responsive. Kinda cool. But the feature that's not working is kinda the whole point of the app.

Useless app! Originally I left a more informative review hoping that the developers read it and address the issues with the app. but after seeing that my complaints are identical to those posted here more than a year ago, I just have one thing to say : the android app sucks, there's a reason it's got a 2 star average, and there's a 30% chance that it'll work on your phone thoug! So if you're feeling adventurous or lucky, get a BACtrack :)

Worked great on my iPhone when I had one. App does not work on my Razer Phone 2 or S9+. Same issue on both. App opens, connect to Vio unit, push to start the test, unit immediately disconnects then goes back to searching. Developers obviously not making too much effort as is evident by the fact that I've seen the same issues and complaints ongoing for Android since I bought this 2+ years ago. Seems hit or miss for many.

Minor stability issues but not as bad as some negative reviews say on my phone (s9), experienced a couple of crashes but usually works so can deal with it. While it's warming up if you push the lower half of the screen it goes back which is annoying. Would be cool if you could put your age, weight, and sex into your account to get better time to sobriety estimates, as well as a time since last drink. A time to below legal driving limit based on your location would also be cool.

I totally don't understand the ratings given by most of these people. Admittedly most are over a year old, and the app may have been improved since then, but it worked perfectly for me on the first try with an Android phone that is not even on Bactrack's approved list. Maybe that means all of the bugs have been worked out. Love it, and my new Mobile Pro reads exactly the same as my old standby, the Pro 80, which I bought several years ago because it the police standard.

App worked fine for first few uses and won't even open anymore. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and allowed all permissions on my s10+, but it seems like the developer(s) of this app is/are sleeping on updates. So, this basically renders my device useless. To the devs - keep up on your stuff. I'm a tech guy too and you should be able to pinpoint when and where there are significant changes that will Bork your code. Come on man.

honestly the accuracy has been pretty good but it doesn't stay attached to a device I have to wait several times and restart it before Bluetooth will recognize it the feature I want it for with for the graph afterwards and every single time and I mean that every single time crashes when I try to look at the graph. I really wanted to like this but I'm starting to think I might need to return it since cannot even see your results without .the the app installed.since the app doesnt work....useless
