I can't create a cloud account. When the app starts in demo mode 3 pump icons are visible. In local mode the pump icons are gone. If I go back to demo mode the pump icons show for a half second and also disappear. Also when a tub is ordered the WiFi module should be installed facing the house (router). That is not a fault of the app. Edit October 2021 I'm not sure if it is because I am using Android 11 now or the app has been updated, but it works great now!

Not bad but for the love of God please change the temperature change ui element, it's horrible to control on an galaxys21, if you don't want to ditch it completely then just add + and - button below it. Also please add faults readout so we know if something is wrong. And why not show the temp and set temp at the same time? There is plenty of extra space on the screen.

I cannot see the spa controls anymore. I've reset the module 10x, power cycled it, left it off for days and still when I try it connect but at the bottom there are no spa controls. Fix it!!!!

UI is horrible. Tried to get fancy with a spinning wheel when a simple plus minus bitty for temperature would have worked.

This was working and then it stopped and no matter what I do I can't get it to work again. I'm connected to the 2.4hz wifi like it says j have to be and I can not get the app to even show.my jets or control the temp. I have spent just under $700 having this device installed, what are your plans to correct this app?! And who do I tslk to about getting my money back?!

If you currently have the old version keep it, that one works. New app works only if you are on same wifi network. Cloud access via cellular only worked on initial setup and approx an hour later has not worked since on all three of my Android devices. This app is basically useless as you need to home on same wifi to use it...needs to be renamed to "Balboa home" as it only works on local lan...worldwide is currently a false representation of this apps capability. Will update post when fixed.

This app is awful. The old version was much better. There is no way to set high/low range values in this app. And seeing the temperature by a finicky slider is a poor UI design. Additionally, the app keeps wanting to tell me that I'm not on the same wifi network as the spa, when clearly I am

I need this to work better. I check the spa at my vacation rental home. If the guests push the wrong buttons they can change all kind of configurations which make the spa not work. this is how it should work: You make a connection with thru the login, You pull in all the data, next, you display it on the phone. step 2: is the page where you can actually look at six different settings and change them this is not rocket science in 2021. I love that is sort of works, just make it more stable.

Overall it works for me but the temperature dial needs improvement. It is difficult to set. Change it to an up/down arrow and/or let me type in the temp i want to set.
