Worst app/service i've ever used. I've been trying to email the android service email for over 6 months. The 2 factor authentification locks you out of your account permanently via app and pc, and you can't retrieve a reset code because it asks you to login to the app to retrieve it. I pay 80$ for the pro service for the last 6-7 years, and i haven't been able to login or even cancel my membership now for poor service that never emails back to solve the problem. Remove the 2 factor Auth!!!!!!!!

The app has significantly degraded in quality over the last few years. Used to be great, but inconvenient browsing, less accessible artist discovery, and unmoderated content add up to a frustrating user experience

App goes full black when i open it. I deleted and reinstalled. All black screen. This is an old issue and i see it's not solved yet. I think it has been an year already. I'm usin a Xiaomi Mi9T Pro.

So far it's been somewhat buggy, but I do love this service. The only problem I have is with the placement of some actions. It's nice to double tap to like, but I wish there was an easier way to save a post.

Videos almost never load, which sucks cause I mainly use it to see vfx animations. It's also a slow app overall. I love to browse artstation so I hope you can eventually fix it

Can't sign in because two factor authentication wants me to tap something on the app but I'm trying to sign into the app. Makes no sense. Cannot access my account on the phone or use two factor authentication at all.

I often get to see the same posts for days on my explore/discover page. I'd love to see everything in chronological order though.

I'm not rating the app per say, I'm rating ArtStation as a whole. Because it Exponentially helped me grow as an artist. If you are an artist you NEED this.

Can't accept the TOS because it won't let me scroll down to the buttons. Also, the keyboard doesn't appear when the search bar is focused, so it's unusable. Doesn't have nearly the full feature set of the web version. Just use your browser instead of this app

I love artstation on PC so much but the mobile UI is so stupid. It makes me feel angry so much. Why don't they make it mobile friendly to scroll for art posts in Artist Profiles? Yes, you can choose to see their art posts in square size like instagram.. But if you scroll up again, the username and buttons on top cover all the art.. And then you have to scroll up and down hoping it becomes normal again. My god, why. Why don't just make it Swipe left and right for new/ previous art??
