When this app works, it's good & easy to use, but it stalls at least once per week. I have to uninstall & reinstall and that is frustrating, inconvenient and very annoying!

From Emma Harding. This app is useless, it keeps crashing and locking me out telling me my user number is incorrect. I had to go into the bank a couple of weeks ago and was given a new number which has now also stopped working. One minute you can log in with fingerprint and the next you need password and number and it doesn't work. I'm totally fed up with this banking app and will now have to go back into the bank to sort it again, which means queuing for 30 mins just to get in the door.

I hadn't used the app in quiet a while and was surprised by the improvements. My only issue is when I try to transfer money to pay a bill. I use an Irish mobile and it doesn't recieve any of the automated SMS messages that are required to authenticate the transaction. I've tried updating all my details but this hasn't solved the issue. It would be helpful for non-residents to have the option (email) to validate the transaction

The new layout is awful and extremely slow. The navigation is not intuitive and the app randomly crashes. Please do not get rid of link to classic version. I doubt we will get any changes as the bank website is the same terrible design, at least it's not as slow and doesn't keep crashing like the app. It's like a ten year old has got some Web design software for Christmas and this was his first very poor effort. How did it get through quality control?

New app is simply rubbish. I just get a blank white screen. I called the helpline and they said to uninstall and reload the app, did that and exactly the same issue, i just get a blank white screen with Bancamarch at the top. So I called the helpline, and I was told to send a screenshot via e-mail of what i was seeing and my mobile number but I said "but it's just a white screen" but the chap insisted. So i did that and mailed it, one week later no reply. Thank heavens for the classic version.

The new app is terrible. It hangs all the time. Basically a very poor piece of work. Also just spotted that it reports the last visit is now!!! Why is there no response from the developer. Are they ashamed? 21 Sept 2020. Yet another release that doesn't work. Access via fingerprint just hangs. Time to move banks to one who cares about their customers

It does not accept the Card Number or the Pin Number. Error message each time try later. Tried re submitting phone App. Tried for Two days. It will not work. Help Staff could NOT help. I have tried to open my account on an English Mobile. The Card Number is not Blocked. This is 3 Days now. Every time the same " Error Message " occurs in RED. Then it states try later. !!!!! When is later ? After 3 very frustrating days. What is wrong with this BM app.?. They blame the.Internet in Mallorca. ????

Runs slow, set out is messy and you have to mess about looking through parts to find the actions you're looking to carry out. Favourite transfers and repeat transfers should be an option from the home screen not in a sub section.

Terrible. Have a duel signature account. Can't access the transfers to sign. Unable to search for them as well. Have to go through Google chrome. Layout not user friendly at all. Inherited this account and likely to move if things don't improve.
