Its good to use it for teller services only. Customer service will take forever to call you visual ticket. very slow and irritating. it took me more than hour and half waiting my turn. people who walked in and took normal number finished before us.

Useless! It's the same whether you book from the app or pick a ticket from the branch. Time of your booking doesn't matter. You will still have to wait your turn regardless of your time of booking. Just a waste of time..!

its a bad experience when my numbe called and i check the application is not showing any appointment on my app and the customer service representative is asling for proof of having the number on my app and the app nit showing up the history of thr number and i waited is wasted and i have to take manual token number and again waited to get my turn and its embarrassed 😣

This is a useless app.. I am at the branch waiting for my number even after booking through the app and all the employees at the customer support desks are simply busy talking and on their cell phone.. Instead of this app you guys seriously need a supervisor for these employees...

It requires access to photos and such in the device otherwise it will not work. Deleted it. Ithmaar is miles better.

Is not accurate at all... I'd rather use Skiplino than to use this App which does the job a million times better! BBK, you should go with what VIVA, EWA and Al Salam Bank have!
