App crashes EVERYTIME I try to view an EOB, which is primarily why I use. Other options function okay. Feb 3, 2020: Just noticed that now I no longer can query claim information, adding to the existing problem of not being able to view EOBs. Deleted app and reinstalled the Jan 2020 update. Claim/EOB functions still not working! Nov 14, 2021: EOB function working but sometimes brings up incorrect EOB to view. Also noticed that EOBs are duplicated in the list.

Has me verify my phone every single time I log in and has since I've had the app. Tells me it is good for next 4 months, but it has to re-verify every week or every time I log in. The last time I tried to verify, it kept "loading" for over 10 minutes. I restarted my phone, tried again and still same problem. Cannot get to main screen at all.

Either I'm not very tech savvy, or this app has some rather annoying glitches (like getting message which reads "it looks like you signed up on a new device...please verify with code we sent to your email", only it happened 3 times in a row within minutes on same exact device). Plus, I had to get a second device to access my email, due to not being able to navigate back to certain pages during sign-in process. Great app, but frustrating security process.
