App synchronously "waits" for a cab to actually be dispatched. This stalls the screen. Moving off the App screen and returning doesn't always behave well. The dispatching and notification should be asynchronous.

Terrible app, terrible drivers, terrible service. It is sad that the taxi industry, rather than improving and competing with ride share services, has further deteriorated. Filthy cars, rude drivers, inability to rate your experience... and when you ask to make a complaint they tell you to come to their office in Scarborough. Sure thing. They are driving themselves to oblivion. And I finally have stopped caring. Byeeeee!

When you use the app, they send "the next driver in line" NOT the closest driver. I had to wait 11 minutes for a taxi when there was literally one sitting across the street from my house. Never again.

Couldn't get past the text verification screen. I received the text but there was nowhere to enter the number? And the only options for help were to call Beck or restart registration. I really want to move away from Uber, but you aren't making it easy!

App works decent but since December 2021 the Time Stamp for my rides is 6 hours ahead of the actual time of my trip. Also the time to rate the ride is too small

They really need to allow a tipping amount option, and it needs to pop up after your ride has been complete. Right now it's just a % which means if you have a short ride even the highest % they allow you to do isn't enough for a good tip. You can also only do it before or during the ride, not after. The app is pretty outdated, I hope more work goes into it now that less people are using Uber.

*Some of the management process contained in this app makes no sense, why is it a standing taxi across the street is not being hailed from my starting location, but someone 9.5 minutes away is? Makes no sense, driver across the street doesn't understand it either. *There should be a tie-in with the meter, stop dispatching new calls when it clearly shows you approaching and then moving away from your fare when you're driving something else. *Allow use of a CC option outside the app!

Doesn't work. Hangs on confirmation indefinitely and never actually gets a cab to come. Just call them, Beck is great and the live agent has always been able to get me a cab quickly. And with COVID-19, the prices have been about 25% cheaper than Uber for me, including tip.

current version of the app cannot complete the SMS component of the registration process. the app doesn't grab the number from the recieved SMS, and there's no place for me to enter the code. pixel 3 phone. please fix.

Payment system in the app does not work. Tried different cards. Spent some time calling bank and they show no attempted charge, no blocks. Beck calls and ask if theres any other way we could pay the driver over the phone. So we say sure can you take payments over the phone? After a brief hold, the answer was no, the cab driver had to come back to original pickup location so that we could pay with the same card in person. 🤦♂️ App does not work, do not download.
