It's a problem to connect for the first time and to add the heaters. I used older version of Android on my old phone and I connect it with help of technician. You should strictly follow the instructions for connecting. Sometimes I have to turn on and off the heater to restart it. Heaters are good for constant heating but not so efficient for short term heating. I turn them on one day before I go to the summer house. Wifi does not work at all since 2 days ago.

This is terrible. Was once able to connect to the heater but no way to change temperature.. way too compex.. never buy this heater

We were off to a rocky start trying to pair the heaters with the app, but after realizing that the issue was only that somehow it is not working with Android 9, I used a tablet with Android 5 and now it is working like a charm. So before giving up and getting upset, try using an older device. It could save you from a lot of headache;) To the manufacturer: it would be nice to be notified that the app was not working with later versions of android or better yet, make it compatible with it. Thanks

Bug filled. Created a fictive place for test purposes and now it's not possible to remove it again ("something happened and we could not delete your place. Please try again"). Can't add rooms or heaters to it either. Except for this bug, the app works decently (when it works). I sometimes encounter issues connecting to the heater from a remote location. It happens so often that I don't dare to leave the heater connected when I leave the cottage for longer periods.

To be honest, I think that the problem is on heater itself, not the application, but it does not change the impression. Most of the time the heater-application set becomes unresponsive. Unplugging/plugging the heater brings the functionality back for some time. The communication with "the factory" appeared useless; arrogant replies. Very bad experience. Do not buy their wifi heaters!

I could finally connect the (Android) app to the heater, so basically it works, but only after several tries. On the other hand UI is really counter-intuitive and everything is way too complicated. If app is run on multiple mobiles, then settings are not synced between the different instances, so one can never know, which program is the actual one. Also there is no widget.

The screenshots aren't up to date and the app looks a bit better but it's clear the company makes heaters not apps. The app is slow, unresponsive and has numerous bugs (when you enable an option you can't disable it, numbers overlap, infinite loading) which make for a painful and frustrating user experience. Update 2020: Absolute garbage. It straight up doesn't work for me anymore. It's much more useful to just use the knob on the side of the heater. I don't know why beha even make wifi heaters

App needs some improvement but overall it's doing it's job. It took me some time to connect to the heater because my access point has both 2 and 5 Ghz but the heaters only connect to 2.4, thankfully I had another router that outputs 2.4, elsewise the wifi functionalities would be worthless. The modes (home work away) is a nice functionality so that you may not need to switch on and off the heater every time.

App refused to set up new heater on Android phones. Finally worked using an iPad. Once the heater was set up I can see it in the android app. There is a significant lag between changes made on the app and when the heater applies them. Also, the heater seems to be regularly reporting a room temperature that is 2-3 degrees higher than reality.

Totally...I really mean it....Totally useless app. Trying to add rooms and heaters is a nightmare. This is so bad, that I am having to consider scrapping 3 brand new heaters! Trying to get them to work with the app is impossible, and working without the app means the heaters NEVER hold the temperature I want. My advice would be don't buy these heaters in the 1st place.
