Absolutely terrible. Calls dropped or no service. I have Been with Boost for yrs. The last 6 months has been awful. And absolutely no help. Just excuses. They told me I needed a 5G compatible phone which I purchased. Guess what the same issue. Now they say a tower is down and can't tell me a time frame of it being fixed. I use my phone for my business they could care less. I will take my new 5G phone to a different carrier. Boost has gone to hell and they just want your $$.

I have been a customer with Boost for years. The one and only reason I stay is I eat up my data like crazy due to shopping and when they say limitless data they mean it. Now that doesn't mean their call service and phone issues don't go on constantly cause they absolutely do. Then wen you call " customer service" you get major attitude issues, excuses, made to feel your causing your phones technical issues. Then they do their out right to get you to pay for their issues .

Boost switched from the Sprint network to I don't know what and has a lot of garbage running in the background which uses up all of your data. This has happened since they insisted that you change the sim card! I have to make sure I have on data saver and turn off data when I absolutely don't need it otherwise unlimited data means nothing. I miss Virgin Mobile!

I refuse to download this app. Boost is the worst when it comes to phones and customer service. My phone is less than a year old and the stylus is broken inside the phone. I have bought new stylus' only to have them break in my hand. Boost Mobile in Gainesville FL, is horrible and I will not put any of my personal information on the app. The first month I had this phone, Boost tried overcharging me and I was in my Daughter's wifi the entire time. Gave me 10 gigs for their mistake.

There aren't really any great rewards regarding Boost service in general, I would remove any bloatware that comes along with your service, and also keep a close watch on your sim card information. There have been a tremendous number of customer complaints regarding people being hacked, and still customer service pretend not to know what a Sim swap is. Especially if you have cryptocurrency, or other accounts with large balance, I would shop for a better cell provider

Boost Mobile sucks, don't switch to this company if you like unlimited because they don't know what unlimited means. My data, my unlimited data, is slower than molasses, which is embarrassing enough when you're around your friends who are on their phones just typing away! At the end of the month, forget it, you might as well go ahead and pay to start next months service and lose the couple of days remaining on your current month! I would love to be told the truth from a cell co., for once!

Boost mobile sold me a phone for my granddaughter right off the shelf in their shelf & I paid for 2 months service on phone. I never could get anything on the phone- nothing. No internet, no calls, texts, absolutely nothing. When I finally took the phone back where I purchased it, I was informed the phone was not compatible with Boost service. Any issue needed to be dealt with with the phone manufacturer. Asked for a # or address to do this- was told they had no where or no info on how to recoup

I've been a customer of Boost since it started as Nextel so well over 10 yrs. Any issue was dealt with at store level same day. No drop calls or interruptions. My kids have different carriers and all I hear is the problems with the phones. My problem is my phone is maybe 2 yrs. old and now I have to up grade to another phone again. Guess whi has to get a new phone?☹

I've had Boost Mobile since 2006. I have never had an issue with service or running out of my "UNLIMITED" 4G data...until the past couple of months. They don't care that you have used them for 15 years and are having issues. I absolutely do not recommend Boost. I will be looking into a new carrier asap.

Boost was my provider and with great service in my area. NOW since my old phone broke, I naturally went to the Boost store. I was already on autopay, was charged another months service fee $35, for moving me onto the NEW network, and did NOT qualify for an upgrade, as I was a previous Virgin Mobile account migrated over to Boost. I live in a small town, I am angered by LOUSY BOOST RECEPTION, CONTINUED NO RECEPTION WHATSOEVER, AND STUCK WITH THE MOST EXPENSIVE USELESS IN PHONE IN THE STORE.
