Not accepting my address. Not even letting me add manually. Why do you guys make it complicated? Just remove that auto address selection based on location feature. Why should we contact the service mail id. Irritating us with that useless feature isn't enough? Please get the feedback from reviews itself. so many issues, always getting internal server error, even after adding items to cart, when i go to cart its empty. update 13 july: Done whatever was mentioned, and placed the order on 11 July,called call center they told to wait for 48 hrs.Again called today and got same reply i.e. wait for 48 hrs,please note that I already called them after 48 hrs.Call center rep says some technical issue since 6 july,means its not a faulty app but an imcomplete app.In the hurry to launch they didn't complete

This is just another fraud app. Had placed the order which i recieved only after calling the customer service multiple times. every time i was told it will take 48 hrs. When i called the local store they said they never received the order. Eventually after 8 days my order was deliverd and that too with couple of expensive items missing worth 400 rupees. till date i have not recieved the items nor have i any refunds,no response from customer service they are buch of thieves ripping off customer

Don't have a minus to give. No body picking up the call on customer care. No response over email. Partial order delivered, no refund is given. Please don't make your life uncomfortable, save your money. Go to store and purchase or go for an alternative but this app is not good. I have already tried the link you shared in response and have supplied all the infor.ation, however no update yet. I tried everything without any luck. I tried with link given and registerd a complaint. No reply

Pathetic. I have ordered some stuff on this app on 19th jul 2020. It was supposed to be delivered within 24 hrs. shop is less than 1 km from my house. Still its not delivered even now. No replies to calls. no replies to WhatsApp number provided .They read the messages and ignore to reply. No one picks up the number mentioned in the order summary. Frustated, I have cancelled my order couple of days before. My money is not yet returned. Again contacted multiple times but no use. Raised to Patanjal

This app is very bad, products are not delivered on time... Bill is not provided, products are missing.... Products are not reaching on time.. Customer care is not available... No refund ...withoit gmail.... Very bad experience with the app.

Team - you should improve the delivery timelines, rest is okay. ---Refund received--- Cancelled an order on 26 aug, within 15 mins of order olacing because if incorrect address. Then again ordered with correct address. Still money is not refunded for cancelled order. Please refund my money.

The app and the customer service are really bad.This is my second review comment about this app after following up with the customer care about the items that were missing from the order and sending them copy of invoice also. The response that I got after weeks was that " We have checked with our team and the order that was delivered to you was correct in order and quantity". What is the the customer supposed to do after such a response ? This in no way can be called customer service.

Needs improvement. The app has a long way to go to compete with its peers in this segment. Most of the time the app says 'internal server error' and when we order the goods, it shows as available but on making payment, they say that the items are not available and refund will be issued etc. I don't understand why the items are listed in the app in the first instance if they are not available for delivery? Really, this app is a novice attempt and it needs a lot of improvement. We expect more.

Very very disappointing app. Always server issue. Please dont download this app else u will waste your time.Impossible to place order through this app. Why r u making this type of worst app instead sell product offline.. even they have replied that we will try to improve / solve the issue but in which century they have not mentioned.. still no issue have been solved on app.. worst ever app..
