Been a loyal B&h customer for more than 15 years. This review is solely about their latest app, which is a terrible role out. Please revert back to your old one as soon as possible, the latest version does not work most of the times. I hope you can fix it soon, Thanks, Johan

I despise the new app. The previous version had a much better UI, it was more intuitive, didn't crash, didn't freeze, organized better, doesn't make me refresh after each search saying it can't find anything, doesn't get stuck scrolling all the time and make me reboot it, didn't sign me out all the time and more. The old app did everything better whereas this new version does everything worse. I absolutely despise this new app. I had zero complaints before but now I have so, so many.

I had really bad experience with the newer version of the app, it crash a lot, and take more time to load the product photos. I don't understand how can a newer version worse than older version. It feel like I'm not using app but like opening in my browser, the older version got better ui and more smooth browsing experience.

The previous version of this app was excellent; I had few other app experinces as good as it. it was intuitive and fast, using swipe jestures to go between tabs of a product's maerial. This updated version is the complete opposite. It's nothing more than the website crammed onto my tablet screen. Don't bother downloading the app, just use the website via your browser since it's the same experince. B&H dropped the ball when it already had it firmly in grasp.

as per the store, i have no complaint. the one ★ is because the app itself. internally, it act as a wrapper for the browser version. it sniff whichever browser thinks its defaults (even if isn't) and use it even to save your logins credentials. there is no point on this wrapper. i'm utterly against it because user may have configuration that may compromise their info unknowingly. I don't necessarily wants my logins info in my browser. if i log off from browser, i log off from app as well.

I don't know what happened recently but I have been using B&H for years but at some point this month they changed their app drastically to the point where I can no longer tell the difference between the app and the mobile site in a browser. I am very disappointed with this change. I hope someone somewhere reads this review along with the other negative reviews about their app update and tells the B&H team that they need to go back to what they had before.

I can't for the life of me understand why B&H refuses to have a nice interface. The last one was fine, but this new one is built more like a desktop website than an app, and it really hinders the user experience. B&H is a good company, and I recommend using it, but this app is unacceptable. Y'all need to hire some people who know how to make phone apps. Also, stop linking customer service. The only way you can fix our problems is changing back to the old interface, tech support can't do that
