The workouts are amazing! There's plenty of the included content, and I've also been very happy with Surge, the Pregnancy Series, and Extreme! Each serves a different purpose, and are very effective!

I could not get logged in. I changed my password several times to accommodate the app. I also uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I love the programs (including the premium abs, Xtreme, and 7 Day Surge) and use them on a regular basis on the computer, but I cannot endorse an app that will not even let me login.

It would be convenient to have the Playbook inside the app, rather than downloading and printing it separately. I would like to be able to keep all my data and tools available in one place. Otherwise, the app is easy to navigate and work great!

This is a great app with many exercises to choose from. The videos play well the app runs great. One thing i would love to see added is a history or page mark so we know where we left off last on each workout section.
