Absolutely ridiculous. I cancelled after waiting for a very long time, then when I ordered a taxi once more I got the exact same driver and saw him on the map driving away. I found another taxi and stopped it, then cancelled the taxi order I had. I get a stupid penalty from the app that requires me to add my credit card for them to charge me money every time I cancel a taxi order. I simply deleted the app and I'm never gonna use it ever again.

I signed up a couple years ago using my tourist mobile phone number and email. Now after 3 years I can't reset my password because it asks for my mobile number from 3 yrs ago. Can't sign up again using my email address. App is unusable for me.

This is by far the worst taxi app I ever seen. And not because of the app itself but because there's zero response from the Istanbul taxi drivers. I tried requesting for taxi in Istanbul many times and all the time there was no yellow, regular or turquoise taxis around, surprisingly I then witnessed around hundreds of taxis go by. I do not know what is the reason for that but for me the app was absolutely useless because in the end I was catching a taxi myself like in the good old times.

The app doesn't work properly (just closes) for a mobile phone in roaming in Istanbul. Also İ would like to leave feedback of a driver since you dont have a feedback form of your drivers: Bülent Doğan: 34TJH38 - is a very bad driver, who left me on my half way to my hotel with my heavy baggage (traveled from Taksim).He just threw me on the dark street saying that the hotel is another building but it was 30 mins walk, lier! Though İ paid for the whole road to hotel. Check your drivers Bitaksi.

Works okay until you find an error that you can't solve. I changed my phone number and after that I can't order any taxi and they don't let me add any bank card (including the one that was already registered there). Needs more support for foreign people

Well, the app itself isn't that bad, but most of the time the drivers don't know nothing about it. Not all, but most of them. Some problems you'll face: You set your pickup & dropoff location that you're 100% sure of & wait for that ride to receive a call from someone that doesn't know a single word of any other language than Turkish. If somehow by a miracle you're ride reach, you'll be asked to explain the location in turkish or show the directions on you phone… WHY AM I USING THE APP?!?!?!?!?!

The maps in this thing are just the worst! Not only does the driver not know where you are at, but also it shows the wrong route and makes it way more expensive to travel. Fix it

Activation code not sent. Called the customer service 3 times. They said an English speaker would call back. No one called. Sent email, no response.

No English support! Today I waited for the taxi for 25 minutes! at the beginning taxi was 5 min away from my location and he kept on driving further and further and when I call the driver he does not answer and for 15 minutes I kept on calling hotlines and then they advised me to cancel from my end and they can not do anything to the driver! This is not the first time to encounter such bad service. It would be great if uber starts to operate once again in turkey

It is amazing. The best thing is you can know your ride cost before getting the taxi and there is no big difference between estimations and the actual fare
