I know this is abt the app but I had a complain against a person who is roaming in the moving bus and is drunk. I am in my space, in my seat with curtains closed and this person was abt to fall in the bus because of breaks and in an attempt to catch hold of something he almost hit my face. Yes he touced me.How do you even allow drunk ppl in the bus? How do you guarantee my safety as a girl travelling alone? Especially during covid situation the passengers should not be allowed to roam.

We started a trip on an AC bus and it broke down. It happens!.. We were 4 hrs into the trip and had to wait 5 hrs til the replacement NON AC bus arrived. Apparently the new driver doesn't know the way and has spent more time taking unwanted u turns than driving. I boarded the bus yesterday at 10 in the evening. The planned arrival time was 6 in the morning. The time is now 3:30 pm. I am in still in the bus. This is hands down THE WORST JOURNEY I've had.

Worst customer care service. They bark me when i call to customer care,head office everywhere . I did mistake of booking of to and from location because i came from payment page. My details got lost which i entered correctly. I didn't notice of location change. They refused to give seat in another bus from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. They said you lost money. You need to pay again for bus. Who will understand guineness of customer? Dont expect from SRS. They have lot of customers. Never book again

It is one of the worst travel company. Bus will gets late by 2-3 hours but you will not recieve any information, they won't provide you conductor number. You have to call, their call centre any they have no idea about the bus, so they will tell you it is on the way, in 5 min it will be there.

The worst service ever I received in travelling Banglore to Trivandrum... Journey starting time was 8.45 pm yesterday the bus started at 11pm.. Not punctual and not customer friendly... The help desk number which provided in message alert is never connecting itself. Never ever recommend any friend for this travel service... The excuses giving as only because of traffic block, but we can see other travels follow the time max with 30 min difference. The worst service ever I faced. No more SRS.

I am not sure what to rate, i just downloadedthis app.. lol! I cant book any bus as the search results shows "the booking is not opened for this date, please visit after sometime"... Neither future dates nor "tomorrow" option works... Whats wrong with this app?? Booking bus is a basic need and i dont understand why such apps are developed...

The app is all good i have concerns regarding services. i had been traveling with SRS since past 3 years and this is my last journey with SRS. They have never ever been on time . if the destination time says 9 PM on bus profile believe me they will take 2 hours extra. Every time they have a reason to give & Sorry to say.

one of the worst experience i had with this travels...they wont even care about the pasengers. callcenter people never help you to reach the pick up location.eventhough this bus coming by near my location they never pic me up from my location they made me to travel 5 km to their pic up point.even if you request with the agencys they never bother about me. i actually travel from bommasandra to mangalore they will send one pic up bus then they made me to wait about 2hours in near mejestic.

This bus service is too bad. The AC vent kicks out a black fine dust, lights, plug points don't work. I had a very bad experience. My shirt was tinted with Black dirt and it was a horrible experience. If any one having Astama wants to travel then please reconsider as you may get sufocated...
