Terrible experience. Tried group order and we were riddled with errors. The group order creator couldn't see the items as we sent them and I couldn't access the order list after sending my items. Also its very confusing to navigate and isn't as effortless as Uber Eats

I installed the app and when I try to set the closest BK as my delivery choice, it only shows it in the map but it is not clear how to set it. Also, I opened again later to try to find out how to, It asks for an update though there isn't any update available

Horrible app. Never works properly.. yesterday informed that the restaurants would start working at 11:30. At 11:30 the message when you tried to order delivery it informed that the "grills are already turned off". What's the point of having an app. If it doesn't run properly. Seriously expected more from a internacional chain of restaurants.

Utter garbage. Can't find the address and doesn't use geolocation. Whoever designed this absolute shite app needs to be fired or taken to court over the utter incompetence displayed here.

The app had a major interface improvement, which is great, but there's a lot of features that need fixing, some parts of the menu are still in Spanish. It also says home delivery is now available, but none of the BK near me have that feature and it does not recognise my address.

Does not tell you that you can't order food BEFORE you register. So you just gave all the information they required and then some and them accepted some newsletter but then you can't use the app because you're outside of their reach. But nowhere did you knew that before registering. ... Plus: the radius seems to be the same as the one from ubereats, why should I use something that gives me LESS radius than Uber eats and LESS variety?
