The service was good at first, now it is terrible. You hardly pick up your office line so what is the point of having one? My clients are complaining because you take too long for delivery. You said delivery is done within 3days, now my parcels are 11days old it is impossible to track them because the items are not even in the system. Worst service ever.... can't even track the package that I sent yesterday. Stupid app doesn't work and they not answering their phones. What's the point of same day delivery if you can't deliver and I don't even know whether the package is on its way to the recepient or not? How do I even know where it is now. Terrible. Have always trusted Aramex implicitly... parcel posted sunday. Should have been collected at 3pm Monday. Collected only Tuesday. Thursday 4pm it is still not delivered. I am horrified! The contact section does not work at all.

Been using Aramex for a while it was good until I can not track my deliver and the Aramex app isn't working at all, when I try to fill a complaint it doesn't send.. I'm really disappointed in Aramex now I lost a client because she can not track the order I sent to her

Very .very poor service i Have send the parcel on 10.January 2021 still not received .no communication frm them i had to call them back on top of paying for the waybill using my data trying to track the parcel only to find the app not working poor ....poor service ill never use this again( aramex )

Aramex promises a 24 hr delivery window. It's been 4 days, no acknowledgement of picking up my parcel from drop point, no delivery and the app doesn't work.

Having a very bad experience with aramex ..my parcel has been out for delivery for the past three days and when I call they always promising to deliver but they dont . I wouldn't recommend this courier, first and last time using it
