1. it gets timeout again and again while uploading the picture and data and not sure if details are uploading or not and how to confirm 2. Manu names are not clearly mentioned , eg. "Contact" menu does not clearly says whether it's should have contact details of any other person or it should be used to add additional member who Are in quarantine? 3. Absolutely senseless Too many flaws. 1. click photo isn't working. 2. What if person click multiple photos at a time and then later upload. 3. Let's say it is tagging location with photo, in that case how can u say that the person is infected jist by looking at photo? 4. On top of working hard late night(in some cases), it is senseless to wake up early at 7am just for a click. 5. May be this is a good thought but has to be executed in a different way but then that's not budget friendly.

Horrible app.. We've been responsible citizens and have abided by every rule the government has given but this app take crazy to the next level. Taking a picture every hour was fine but since the app got updated we have to enter our details too every time! We are not just sitting quietly in a corner with the phone... We are working and there are household chores too. It's absolutely difficult to keep entering our details every hour! The app developers and managers need to manage it properly.

I am struggling with this app for the last few days. Posted a query in Telegram group, they were asking me to contact 104. When I called 104 (five times), their standard response is try after some time. I do understand the importance of this app. But I am not able to take Selfie with this app which is the primary purpose of this app. I don't know who will resolve my issue. My home quarantine ends by today. I sent an email to developer of the app. But no response

Unable to use it. I have travelled on 2nd July and as per mandate trying to send data. I downloaded it, and my details were supposed to be prepopulated, since I guess it's synced with seva sindhu portal. But my details are not there even after 3 days. I populated my details manually and "save and submit". History shows 3 entries that I submitted. When I try to select "Send", I continue to get "No citizen data'. Please help, as I am unable to make this app work.

Tried to upload a photo by clicking on the Home Quarantine Person Photo section, but nothing happens. Query: the form says that a photo is to be uploaded every 30 minutes, but the message that was sent out said that a photo must be sent on an hourly basis. Please rectify my issue and all the issues on the app as mentioned by other reviewers, the multiple typos and spelling errors on the form, and clarify my query. Thank you.

Good initiative. But two suggestions: 1. Please build a hourly auto reminder feature which will alert user to send the update. Otherwise it's difficult to remember among other activities, especially for those who are working from home. 2. Sleep hours should be flexible. Users should be allowed to set that.

The app is not working correctly, many times uninstall and reinstall process cans take more time, so the app have to update properly,,,

Good initiative, but not sure about it's working. Its 26days since I have returned, got the message just now. First time the helpdesk individual said its upto 28 days you need to download the app and send selfie. When i tried to register after downloading the app it says number not white listed and contact helpline. After multiple calls managed to speak to individual at helpdesk and informed about the issues with the app. He said he will check with higher authority and get back to me in 2 days.
