Terrible app, not entirely sure what the purpose of the thing is if I can only view footage when in the car with the engine on... complete waste of money. Already been back to dealer to have it looked at, its only been installed once. Even the technician didn't know what it was doing. Programmer needs sacking this is an awful bit of programming and done is most certainly not better than perfect if you are using Agile!! Shocking quality from BMW

This came with the car from dealer directly. However it is really the worst piece of software I have used. I had to sit inside the car to view the videos when then wifi connection was never stable. There is also non continuous recording, if i want to manually record something it only starts 10 seconds prior to i press the button. Then what is the purpose of having this thing on at all??? Video viewing is extremely slow under the self wifi environment. Pain. Total rubbish App! Avoid at all cost!

Half the time, the app doesn't show videos in the device under "Recording" tab even when the device is already connected. When viewing downloaded videos in disconnected mode, the "Rear" button doesn't appear, therefore cannot view rear camera footage.

Absolute garbage just like everyone else has reported. I have an android phone, set up wf-fi first on the phone as advised by the dealership, then installed the app and being asked to change the SSID and password. I put in the new details and press save and nothing happens, no matter how many times press. This is not something I expect from BMW. Avoid!!!!

Absolutely dreadful. How BMW can put their name to this is beyond me. First and most important the quality of the camera is shocking, think back to your first mobile phone. Then to get footage off the camera is a long laborious task where you have to physically remove the memory card and find a device that can read it to get the video. You can download each clip onto the app but then not actually access the file to share or send etc... What is the point in that. Painful app, poor camera 0*

Total waste of money. No support offered and not even BMW can fix connectivity issues despite manually updating firmware. Drains battery of car within 6 hours from full charge and unable to change any settings due to firmware issues

After recent update of the app, I try to connect to the camera but need to update the firmware from v1.4.4 to v1.4.6 But after the update complete and try to reconnect to the camera, it show need to update again and again and again. Please solve this.
