I cannot get past the title screen. It just keeps "loading" and doesn't change. My screen times out and turns off before the game does anything different. I've re-downloaded the game multiple times and it's the same exact problem each time. I have a galaxy note 10+. I was able to play this game when it was first released and now I can't for some reason. I've tried downloading the game on different devices of mine and it's the same thing..

Mannnn I wanted to love this game. But as time went on, it became more and more apparent the gacha is horribly, horribly rigged. After you get 3-4 of the 4*s in the pool, THEY WILL BE ALL YOU WILL GET. Over and over and over again. It's almost as if there's an algorithm in the gacha that reads what's in your inventory, and when it's forced to give you a 4*,it's fixed to drop one of the ones you already have. When you can't get anything new, you lose interest FAST.

I really try staying with this game, but it is so difficult when you don't get anything for your time of grinding. I haven't gotten any actual four stars in months and the events go by so fast. I'm stuck with the ones I've had for so long, and with Zed, he is the only new thing I have because he was for free. I really love the gameplay and visuals, but it really gets overwhelmed by how much you are left out on because you just don't get anything, it's really disappointing. I'm quiting for now.

Could definitely use a pity system, or at least a return to its opening days of extreme generosity w gems. Game play is rudimentary, but you'll be doing so much of it, you don't want it to be intricate, reincarting to get a new level cap every 100 levels, requiring increasing resources (not just mana or hl) each time. Still beats D6.

After latest update on 9/16 now using the exp gate causes you to fail to connect and restart. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. time wasted. Exp wasted. Ap wasted AND GEMS WASTED. I WASTED 50 GEMS TO DO THIS AND ITS WASTED. after 15 hours of maintenance this is what you give us? I'd give it less than 1 star if I could

I can't play the game anymore because the game keeps crashing before I can start a battle. My phone isn't optimized for gaming, but before the big update the crashes were less frequent and I was able to play and enjoy the game. It's a shame too because I was looking forward to checking out all the fun new features and content, but I can't. If this isn't fixed soon, I'll probably uninstall the app... I'm a big Disgaea fan and it would be disappointing for my experience to come to an abrupt end.

I hope you like grinding, because this game is like 75% grind and 25% Disgaea. Overall I enjoy it (because disgaea) but it gets to the point you're in the battle results screen longer than battles. God I wish they were skippable. It has put me to sleep on more than one occasion.
No I'm Not Making One
I don't normally leave reviews. This game has great gameplay and I've played all of the Disgaea franchise. The drop rate on summons is ludicrous, unreasonable, and worse than other game companies I've seen get sued for the same practice. I'll bump to 5 stars once this major flaw gets recognized and rectified.

This game can be entertaining but there is no pity function in the gacha. If you desire a specific character especially and event one don't count on it. This game is not worth your time if you favor specific disgaea characters. Also all the strategy of the games is removed for a standard turn based rpg combat that is entirely based on your level and equipment and no strategy. If you are playing this for a disgaea experience you are going to be disappointed.

The game is substantially better now although the recent patch has bugs that can break the game. The biggest example is that Game Dev Asagi, when used auto reincarnate, will crash the game in in random times. This will deter the player's progression on the current event. Please fix these bugs ASAP as these will affect the playerbase's gameplay if they ever fall victim to these bugs.
