Difficult to talk to a human when there's a problem with a booking. I got an "untrained virtual assistant" her words not mine. Always refers you to articles which don't always resolve your actual problem and you end up frustrated and wasting time. Even when I telephoned I ended up button pressing for fun.

Works well. Rarely crashes. Daily update shows new booking but would be better if also showed cancellations. Very easy way to communicate with guests. I like the ability to send pictures to them.

Cannot cancel bookings on the app - can send the request but then cannot go ahead and cancel 24 hours later. Try to scroll through bookings keeps repeating the same bookings over and over shows same booking on thre four five different days

Always found this a really useful app but since installing latest version on a new device am no longer receiving Push Notification/ updates which were why I had the app installed in the first place. Despite other users reporting this issue over recent weeks it has not been fixed...

I have now suddenly stopped receiving notifications and was utterly unaware that we had a last minute booking. In addition, the app is very complicated and not intuitive at all.

Not able to access virtual payments through pulse. Impossible to read in dark mode. Once good but dev seems to have lost interest. Sort of makes the app pointless. Please fix.

No information about added breakfasts. Breakfast show only when log in to web. It makes bad reviews due to checkout confusions. Need to fix it soon. I can edit the review when you fix it.

I made an account and i forgot the password , so i changed it and when i try to enter to my extranet they tell me to verify by sending a verification number by SMS to my personal phone number , the probleme is that i didn't recive any verification to my phone messagery . Now i'm stuck i want to delete my property from the booking but i can't cuz i can't access to my account . Fix that

Hello.. can you fix this apps. Right now i didnt receive any notification regarding bookings especially last minute booking. Fortunately i write message in advance to guest contact me immediately after booking😌.. please 🙏

I think Pulse is great but I think it is horrible that when I don't charge for a cancellation because someone is sick, that you even consider charging ME for a commission. Terrible!
