Great ear buds and fit is perfect for sleeping but sounds are terrible. Some have weird electronic looping sounds underneath the intended sound which is so annoying it actually keeps you awake rather than help you nod off. Sound loops are too short. Give us the ability to use our own sounds stored on our phones memory.

Left earbud has started disconnecting in the middle of my sleep or only 15 minutes after I go to sleep. This causes the alarm function to not work and I've overslept by a couple hours a few times now causing me to be very late for work. I have resorted to having my phone next to my head and my phone alarm on full blast. This doesn't always work as I'm a heavy sleeper and if the alarm goes too long my next door neighbor iny apartment building gets irritated as I'm disturbing his peace now.

Ive had these buds for over a year, and I recently always seem to have issues connecting the right bud. Usually one bud plays sound and the other doesnt. Takes some connecting and reconnecting to fix these issues. In the time I've had these, there have been no new sounds! Not very impressed that there have been no new sound updates.

Worst sound effects. Most the rain sounds like something cooking on a skillet and every one pretty much has a constant drone with no customisation to pitch or frequency. Free you tube videos provide better sounds that are far more natural and also longer in loop. Most the sounds here are only 10 to 60 seconds in loop and it's very noticeable The actually sleep buds are good. Just this ap is trash and I hope Bose revamps it or adds alot more sounds and even profiles (automated volume etc)

What happened between 10/1 and 10/2?? The app was working and tonight it seems like someone went in and messed around and didn't reconnect everything. App asking me to add sleepbuds that are already added, the whole interface is stuck in this loop. I can't access the menu at the bottom with the sounds. Buds connect, and then the app stalls, sends me right back to the beginning of trying to connect. It's an absolute mess and I'm so stressed I can't sleep. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted. 😫

Great hardware, app is borderline unusable. Love the sleep buds, but the app is painfully slow, and fails to connect to one or both buds most times. I have to relaunch the app 2-3 times each night. Choosing what sound to play is terrible. Please show a list of sounds stored to the buds instead od just a next/prev option.

It works okay but it's slow to use. It doesn't have a lot of features, which is okay but I expected more from Bose. The app is slow to connect and slow to display any sounds available. Update from 3 to 2 stars: the app is just worse. It's even slower, doesn't connect half the time and struggles to find a library of sounds. Bose, you need to fix your app. It's horrible.

Really disappointed with these. I have several Bose Headphones and love them, but the sound and clarity is not there with these. The selection of landscape sounds is lacking and think it would have been better to allow them to link to other sounds options outside the app.

App often only triggers one earbud. Sound library temporarily disappears at random. Connectivity screen to buds can be inaccurate. Really needs work. The buds are very expensive, but the app feels like it was knocked off without proper testing.

A bit disappointed with these. I really wanted to like them... I just received the sleepbuds today and fully charged them for 6 hours before the first use. After setting them up they worked well for a moment. Then after setting up phone free mode, the app crashed and now it will not reconnect to the buds. The buds are stuck playing a sound but I cannot reconnect to gain control of them. I've tried all the trouble shooting tips on the app and also reinstalled it. Nothing works...
