Great speakers and system, but has to be the worst and antiquated app around both on PC and Mobile, always asking for an update, yet on Mobile its says Installed, but APP will install soon!, Surely someone at BOSE can write an app that is workable, it has awful search functions, looks like it was written 20 years ago. Its great it can utilise Spotify, then why not use Spotify type interface.

So far the app works great. In the past, I would have trouble connecting to the speaker, but it appears to be resolved. One helpful feature would be to allow you to browse a section of a library by selecting the first character. That way I don't have to scroll through a hundred artists to browse what artists starting with "R" (for example) are available.

The speaker is great BUT the application is a piece of *. Functions are very limited and full of continuous bugs. Music services are a joke. The latest , when you open the app a message says that it needs updating in order to resume using it but once you go to Goole Play there is no updates . My conclusion...DO NOT BUY A Bose . Go for Sono. The speaker is as good and the app is much better, which includes access to all your music on YouTube Music.

It's gone from worse to worser (if there is even such a word. The previous update, it couldn't find my soundbar. The latest update it did but the reaction feedback us AWFUL. Using the app to turn up the volume and it takes 5 seconds for it to react. Skip forward to another song, another 5 seconds. Lowering the volume, another 5 seconds....seriously Bose.....

This app and the speaker firmware is a completely disaster, adding a speaker is a frustrating process, try and try, change wifi networks one and once again, worked for a while, later can't connect, finally I gave up and ended using it as a cheap Bluetooth speaker. I'm not alone, those problems are widespread.

Keeps saying there is an update, but when the App goes to the Playstore, there is nothing to update. It only allows you to Open your already open app, sending you into an impossible loop. Please advise on a fix for this ASAP. My speakers are useless if I cannot access their play function. Crazy how much money these speakers were, but some how the app to control them is garbage. This needs a serious retail, as the whole needs improvement in so many areas.

I haven't been able to connect all my speakers and play them at same time. It use to work years ago. Nothing works even after reinstalling all speakers. I don't get why Bose chose to ignore all bad experiences by most users. App always updates but keeps getting worst and worst. Great speakers but junk app.

If you're down loading this app is too late, If you bought or were gifted one of these POS (Wave Sound touch). The sound is better than average for a compact unit, but the frustration involved in using one out weighs everything else. Comes with a useless USB port, advertised as having one so I expected I could plug my music HDD into it. Well guess again, it's there for future use! We had to buy a tablet to use the app with. You can only control it with 1 device. I'm sorry I bought this.

Like the system. Only missing ability to make a temporary playlist/line up music and no equalizer options to adjust bass, treble, etc. I can make Playlists using music streaming services, like Amazon. Otherwise, it satisfies my basic desire to have music all in my house. I also hope they develop a portable speaker with rechargeable battery that can sync with the system.

I have never seen worst. I spent a lot of money on this system and everytime I need it it fails me. The app is non responsive, and gets stuck all the time. It can even download an update without crashing the speaker and rendering it useless. Whenever I try to use the app it does for an update, and you don't have a choice! You must wait as the app attempts to download the update and then try multiple time to install it unsuccessfully! Good speaker though!
